Bridgestone Arena sits right on Broadway and is home to the Predators and the biggest downtown concerts and events. It’s only a few minutes’ walk north from SoBro, just beyond the busiest stretch of the city. 

Parking on Broadway itself on a Preds night or a sold‑out show becomes its own event: slow, crowded, and expensive. Parking at SoBro Tower keeps you close but off the main drag, with a covered spot you’ve reserved ahead of time and an easy exit when 17,000 people spill out at the final horn.
